Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the Safer Landlord Services platform. It sits alongside our Terms of Service (coming soon) and exists to keep the service safe, lawful and reliable for all customers, providers and tenants whose information it holds.

When using Safer Landlord Services, you must not:

• Submit information you know is false, misleading or unlawfully obtained.
• Attempt to access another customer's, provider's or tenant's records.
• Probe, scan, circumvent, disable or interfere with security or service availability, except under our written security-testing authorisation.
• Introduce malware, automated scraping, excessive load or unauthorised integrations.
• Upload unnecessary special category data, identity documents or images of individuals to an assessment.
• Use the service to harass, discriminate against, unlawfully surveil, or infringe another person's rights.
• Share accounts — authorised users must use their own credentials.
• Represent a Safer Landlord Services-generated workflow or guidance as professional certification, or as proof that the user is competent.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect security, users, legal compliance or service integrity, subject to our Terms of Service.
